Nazford

Calm puzzle games. Usually with koi in them.

Nazford is a small studio making games for the quiet minutes in your day. There's no clock to race, and nothing you buy changes the board.

Tap the water. The koi will come and look.

Two games, one pond.

They share the same water, the same koi, and the same rules about being fair to you. Pick whichever suits the minutes you've got.

A Pondiful board mid-game, two lines clearing at once for a double combo Pondiful's home screen: a koi pond with lily pads, a stone lantern and the day's modes The koi collection, with Kohaku, Tancho, Golden Ogon and more

Pondiful

Block puzzle · Free to play

Relax, think, bloom.

Drop lily-pad pieces onto the pond. When a row or a column fills up, it bursts into lotus blooms and a koi leaps through the gap. Every line you clear grows a pond of your own.

  • 40 koi to hatch, from Kohaku to the Galaxy koi
  • A Daily Pond with the same pieces for everyone in the world
  • 150 Journey levels, duels with friends, weekly leagues, and a Zen mode with no game over

A Koi Sort level: five glass bowls, with red koi lifted from the first bowl, ready to pour Koi Sort's home screen: three glass bowls of koi on a mossy ledge, one closed with a lotus The bowl collection: clear glass, blue ceramic, bamboo, paper lantern, jade and moonlight

Koi Sort

Sorting puzzle · Free to play

Sort the koi. Breathe out.

Tap a bowl, tap where to pour, and the koi swim across. They only stack on their own colour, so think a few moves ahead until every bowl holds just one.

  • Every level is checked by a solver before you see it
  • A Daily Sort, six bowls to earn, and no timers or lives
  • Every colour of koi carries its own shape, for colour-blind play
More about Koi Sort →

Today's Daily Pond is open.

One board a day, with the same 40 trays for everyone in the world. You can play it right here in your browser, with no app and no account.

Tomorrow there's a new one.

Things we won't do.

A game can look calm and still be built to wear you down. These are the lines we hold in every game we make.

Sell you a better board.

Pieces are locked by a seed the moment a run begins, and every run shows its seed. Nothing you watch or buy changes the board.

Hide the difficulty.

The rules are the same for every player. Every Koi Sort level is checked by a solver before you see it, and every Pondiful Journey level is tested to be winnable.

Sell koi.

Every koi is earned by playing, and so is every bowl in Koi Sort. There's no buying your way to the rare ones.

Bury the "No thanks".

Watching an ad for a reward is always your choice, and saying no is always one tap. In both games, Remove Ads is a single purchase.

Rush you.

Neither game has a timer or lives to wait for, and Pondiful's Zen mode has no game over at all. Put the phone down whenever you like.

Leave people out.

Pondiful has tile symbols, large tiles, a left-handed layout and a reduce-motion option. In Koi Sort every colour has its own shape. Both speak eight languages.

A small studio in Mumbai.

Nazford makes the kind of games we'd want on our own phones. We'd rather you played for five good minutes and came back tomorrow than stayed an hour you didn't mean to.
